I love nothing more than having a relaxing pamper evening and night-in to myself. I always look forward to these kinds of evenings as I get to raid my beauty stash and use all of my Lush bath bombs and bath products that I don’t get to use on a daily basis.
I always like to wind down in a hot bubble bath with a face or hair mask and just relax and enjoy having some time to myself, without having to think or worry about anything.
I love Lush and I usually get Lush gift sets for Christmas and birthdays then end up having a stash of bath bombs to use throughout the year! This Christmas I got the Sweet Christmas gift set which came with loads of my favourite products and some new ones that I hadn’t tried.
This pretty pink star-shaped Magic Wand Reusable Bubble Bar (above) can be used multiple times by swishing it under running water while running a bath and watch as the water turns pink and bubble start to form!
You can choose how long you leave it under running water for depending on how much you want to use and then just let it dry afterwards so it can be used again. So if you don’t leave this under water for ages you can probably get quite a few uses out of it.
It foams up quite a bit but not as much as bubble bath or a bath bomb would, so I use this with other bath products if I want a proper bubble bath. But the smell is gorgeous — like a candy floss — and the pink bath water is always a nice touch!
I love using a bath bomb to really bring out the bubbles in my bath and currently I’m breaking off chunks of my Yog Nog bath bomb, pictured above. It smells of cinder toffy and has a spicy scent to it as well, which I actually really like.
It’s one of those bath bombs that really fizzes when it hits the water and it turns the water a foamy yellowy–white. When it starts to melt, it reveals chunks of bath melt inside which is probably what makes this bath bomb extra bubbly!
The face mask I’m currently using is the Sanctuary Spa 5 Minute Thermal Detox mask. After Christmas, I was looking for a mask to give my skin a proper detox and this one looked like the perfect choice.
It’s a purifying, deep–cleansing mask which warms up when applied on clean, wet skin. It contains charcoal and kaolin clay to help draw out impurities and remove excess oil to leave skin feeling really cleansed. I love warming face masks and this one is a real luxury to use as it warms up really well to help open up pores and draw out impurities and I love how fresh and clean my skin feels after five minutes of this.

I got this big tub of Joules Lovely Scrubbly body scrub in a gift set and I’ve been really enjoying using it in the bath. The tub is massive so it’s lasting ages and you only need a small scoop of it as it’s really grainy and gritty but also quite creamy so it doesn’t feel harsh on the skin.
I love having a full body scrub in a hot bath and this really makes my skin super soft afterwards. I’m glad it’s a 300ml tub as I’m really enjoying using this and want it to last a while!
So those are my current favourite bath products which I’m enjoying working my way through at the moment. What are your favourite products to use for a relaxing pamper evening?
